Chicken & Rice Casserole

I grabbed some chicken breast out of the store and we sell a terrific brand of wild rice. Through together with cream of mushroom soup and a little water. Baked at 350* for 1 hour.

Big hit with Austin and John!

Lent is Beginning

We have gotten our fish in for the Lent Season.  We only carry fish until Easter so if you want to get some then stop in and pick some up today.

Great Samples this Weekend!

John is going to bake Cheesy Potato Bratwurst in the oven this Friday and Saturday for you to sample.  If you are in the Holstein area stop in and try our Brats baked in the oven.  They are awesome that way!  If you don't feel like going out in the cold to fire up the grill this is a great alternative.

Super Bowl Party at Tiefenthaler's this Week
